MERA IP Centrex offers enterprises and end-users a wide range of PBX services available over IP networks. The system's basic features include: Call Forward, Conference Calls, Voice to Email Delivery, Sending Faxes using the Web Interface, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and other services. Modular architecture of the solution contributes to fast capacity growth and allows carriers to create switch partitions and let these sub-domains to sub-providers. User-friendly Web interface facilitates the system's administration.

The new version of MERA IP Centrex includes the following enhancements of the call management capability:

• "Follow me" service - allows calls to be routed to a user's choice of forwarding numbers (cell phone number, home, office number, etc);
• "Black/White List" function - allows blocking calls from certain telephone numbers and specifying users from whom the calls will be accepted anytime;
• "Televoting" service - allows organizing telephone voting. The System registers the quantity of calls received by the configured numbers and presents the poll results;
• "Fax-to-Email" service - allows sending and receiving faxes as attachments to e-mail messages.

MERA IP Centrex version 1.1.0 also features database and Control Unit (CU) redundancy schemes which provide for the system's reliability, dependability and information security.
